Kent Williams is the Vice President of Asset Management at Vivint Solar, a leading fullservice residential solar integrator. In this position, Kent is responsible for securing funding for the company from large financiers. Prior to Vivint, Kent was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of LeaseDimensions, an industry-leading renewable-energy finance, origination, and servicing business. He worked closely with most of the solar industry's residential solar finance providers and was instrumental in the development and operation of the company. Prior to LeaseDimensions, Kent was a founding partner and senior executive of Loan Servicing Enterprise (LSE), a joint venture established to provide third-party servicing for the ABS and lending communities.

Dr. Balfour brings 4 decades of PV experience in organizing, training & managing large and small multi-discipline working groups in PV, energy planning, R&D, and technology transfer. He has been active as a PV technology and System provider / integrator in EPC and O&M. As a PV author he has published 6 educational texts and 2 other PV books, hundreds of newspaper and magazine articles, white papers including work with Sandia National Laboratories and SEPA. His work has been with a broad range of technology and process developers, VC companies, financiers and insurance organizations, universities, international laboratories, standards agencies, volunteer mentoring groups. For decades, Dr. Balfour has worked closely with PV stakeholders including system owners, asset managers, O&M professionals, architectural and engineering professionals, EPCs, PV system integrators, manufacturers, system financiers and insurers, bonding companies, legal firms, VCs, electrical and water utilities among others to advance the art and science of PV and its applications.

Leigh is a 12 year veteran of the solar industry focusing on the technical operation and asset management of solar power portfolios. He currently directs the operations and asset management division of 8minutenergy Renewables LLC. He was previously director of products at meteocontrol and overseeing their line of monitoring metering systems, O&M service plans, quality test processes, and performance analysis for developing and existing PV assets. He currently volunteers for the education committee for Solar Power international, as well as a working group member for several international quality and performance standards committees with DOE and IEC.

Randy is a solar industry and operation management veteran who possesses 35+ years of experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, engineering management, project management, manufacturing, customer service and supply chain management. Randy was promoted to COO after successfully delivering more than 650MW of operating projects over the course of 30 months as the SVP of Operations. Randy joined sPower after its acquisition of Tioga Energy.
Randy holds an Electrical Construction degree from Nova Scotia Community College; an Industrial Electrical degree from Nova Scotia Institute of Technology; and a Certificate, Financial Management from Saint Mary’s University.

He started consulting for a solar firm in San Jose, CA called Twelfth Street Power & Light. Before his current position, Mr. Kobliska worked as the Regional Sales Manager for Draker and expanded their portfolio by 2x along the western US. Peter brings technical expertise in SCADA hardware, software, operations, and commissioning. Many elements determine the optimum output in a PV module, one of which is the concept of soiling. Soiling occurs as a result of dirt, dust and other particles covering the surface of the PV panels.
