Kent Williams is the Vice President of Asset Management at Vivint Solar, a leading fullservice residential solar integrator. In this position, Kent is responsible for securing funding for the company from large financiers. Prior to Vivint, Kent was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of LeaseDimensions, an industry-leading renewable-energy finance, origination, and servicing business. He worked closely with most of the solar industry's residential solar finance providers and was instrumental in the development and operation of the company. Prior to LeaseDimensions, Kent was a founding partner and senior executive of Loan Servicing Enterprise (LSE), a joint venture established to provide third-party servicing for the ABS and lending communities.

Dr. Balfour brings 4 decades of PV experience in organizing, training & managing large and small multi-discipline working groups in PV, energy planning, R&D, and technology transfer. He has been active as a PV technology and System provider / integrator in EPC and O&M. As a PV author he has published 6 educational texts and 2 other PV books, hundreds of newspaper and magazine articles, white papers including work with Sandia National Laboratories and SEPA. His work has been with a broad range of technology and process developers, VC companies, financiers and insurance organizations, universities, international laboratories, standards agencies, volunteer mentoring groups. For decades, Dr. Balfour has worked closely with PV stakeholders including system owners, asset managers, O&M professionals, architectural and engineering professionals, EPCs, PV system integrators, manufacturers, system financiers and insurers, bonding companies, legal firms, VCs, electrical and water utilities among others to advance the art and science of PV and its applications.

Leigh is a 12 year veteran of the solar industry focusing on the technical operation and asset management of solar power portfolios. He currently directs the operations and asset management division of 8minutenergy Renewables LLC. He was previously director of products at meteocontrol and overseeing their line of monitoring metering systems, O&M service plans, quality test processes, and performance analysis for developing and existing PV assets. He currently volunteers for the education committee for Solar Power international, as well as a working group member for several international quality and performance standards committees with DOE and IEC.

Randy is a solar industry and operation management veteran who possesses 35+ years of experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, engineering management, project management, manufacturing, customer service and supply chain management. Randy was promoted to COO after successfully delivering more than 650MW of operating projects over the course of 30 months as the SVP of Operations. Randy joined sPower after its acquisition of Tioga Energy.
Randy holds an Electrical Construction degree from Nova Scotia Community College; an Industrial Electrical degree from Nova Scotia Institute of Technology; and a Certificate, Financial Management from Saint Mary’s University.

Etienne Lecompte is a recognized leader and entrepreneur in renewable energy, software development, and regulatory compliance. After founding and building Local Content Assurance Bureau (LCAB) into one of the most respected renewable energy compliance consultancy firms in Ontario, Canada, he started PowerHub. PowerHub is redefining asset management for the renewable energy industry. His vision is that managing portfolios of assets should be easy. Etienne has worked on over 8 GW of wind and solar projects in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and is continuing to actively participate in the growth of the renewable energy sector.

Hugh Kuhn has more than 30 years of business and engineering experience. He is a seasoned solar executive who has worked on projects involving over 100 distinct solar arrays – ranging from 250kW rooftop systems to 250MW ground-mount projects. He has managed teams responsible for the ongoing operations of portfolios of hundreds of C&I projects, as well as worked closely with clients owning multiple utility-scale arrays. He has seen firsthand the good, the bad and the ugly of the PV world. In 2009-10 Hugh led a collaborative effort to establish the “Thresher Test”, a series of de facto PV module chamber tests to help investors gain comfort in the long-term reliability and durability of modules. This catalyzing effort has evolved within NREL (PV Quality Assurance Task Force, PVQAT) and related work within the IEC. Mr. Kuhn currently works independently consulting with developers, investors and owners of solar assets. Hugh is also a Board Member of REIG (Renewable Energy Infrastructure Group, the holding company for 3 independent entities Power Factors, MaxGen Energy Services and World Wind and Solar).
Mr. Kuhn was formerly Chief Operating Officer for Solar Power Partners, which was sold to NRG several years ago. Mr. Kuhn holds a BS in Environmental Earth Sciences from Stanford University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. He is married to a successful artist and has two college-age daughters. He lives in Mill Valley CA.

Reegan has spent 28 years in the energy, telecommunications and retail industries, split evenly between the three. From start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, Reegan’s specialty has been managing sales and marketing, overseeing national sales teams offering high-growth products and services to traditional markets and P&L responsibilities. Reegan has worked exclusively in solar energy since 2010 and has secured engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work for more than 100MW of projects from coast-to-coast. As the Business Development Manager for SOLV, Reegan continues to build the company’s operations and maintenance portfolio which is currently over 5GW.

Bryan Banke is responsible for the performance, both operational and financial, of all Enerparc, Inc. U.S. assets. Enerparc is a privately held company based in Hamburg, Germany. It provides solar EPC services across 19 countries and owns 1GW as a solar IPP.
Mr. Banke is an early creator of standardized operating policies and procedures in the management of solar asset portfolios, and his ideas and extensive knowledge of real world operations have been published and presented before numerous industry conferences and working groups. Prior to joining the Enerparc family, Bryan managed NRG Energy’s Distributed Generation portfolios before assuming control of the solar and wind operations for Renewable Energy Trust Capital.

Nick is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operating assets, as well as technology decisions on new projects. Nick has over 20 years of renewable energy, semiconductor, and military experience. Prior to joining Silicon Ranch, Nick served as Head of Silevo Product Management at SolarCity. Previously he was the VP of Plant Operations and Engineering for Phoenix Solar Inc., where he was responsible for the design and performance of utility and commercial-scale PV projects across the US, and Director of Field Operations at Applied Materials, where he led teams responsible for deployment of the company’s first thin-film solar factories. Nick served his country as an Infantry Captain the United States Army and served on active duty in Kuwait and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Nick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

May has expertise in machine learning techniques and she leverages this expertise to drive the capabilities of Trimark’s performance analytic product portfolio.
